I started MOVE everyday to help people think about fitness, strength training and habit building differently – in a more fun and sustainable way.
How many gyms have you joined with good intentions but after a few weeks, months, or even days you start making excuses, life gets in the way and before you know it you haven’t been for months and have lost the motivation to start again.
Moving shouldn’t be hard. We should be grateful that we can move and enjoy whatever form it looks like – walking the dog, swimming in the ocean, functional strength training, yoga, running, climbing – you get the picture.
Everyone has different needs, goals, and lifestyles but we all need to move more, so let’s try and do it together and enjoy the process.
