12 Week Online Programs
This is your very own pocket guide to looking like you know what you are doing in the gym, instead of heading straight to the treadmill as it the only machine you have a clue how to use.
These comprehensive online programs will give you the confidence to tackle any workout with purpose and precision.

• Foundation: Perfect for beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone wanting to master proper form. We’ll build your confidence and get you comfortable in any gym environment.
• Level 1: I am ready to build up from my foundations
• Level 2: The world is my oyster…. let’s go and lift heavy

So how does it work?
Sign Up
• Online programs will be launching in April. If you are interested:
• Complete this form, select your program, and I’ll handle the rest.
• Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a health screening form, payment link and app setup guide.
Before you Start
• Before you start the 12 week program, take initial measurements using the old school scales and a tape measure or head to your local health store for a scan (additional cost) and take some photos to track your progress throughout the 12-week program.
• Once all this information is logged in the App you are ready to start your 12 week Program
During the Program
• Your program is divided into three 4-week blocks, with details in the app.
• Need help with your form, exercises or alternatives? Message me anytime through the app.
After 12 weeks
• In your final week, complete a final progress review comparing your results to your starting point.
• Celebrate the completion of the 12 weeks and then choose to continue with a new program or try something different.
• Your success is my priority – let’s make lasting changes together!
