about me
I am a Personal Trainer, focusing on getting people moving, feeling better within themselves and having some fun along the way.
I have been on a fitness journey myself and understand the self-doubt, lack of motivation and struggle to build healthier habits. But once it clicks, your life changes in so many ways.

Over a decade ago, I faced a pivotal moment of clarity – weighing in at over 100 kg, I knew something needed to change. Instead of letting that number define me, I transformed it into a goal: trading those 100 kg for a 100 km ultra-marathon. This wasn’t just about losing weight; it was about discovering what I was truly capable of.
I previously worked in both the Fashion and IT industries, where I spent countless hours behind a desk. Like many, I experienced firsthand the challenges of maintaining health and wellness while balancing a demanding career. Those long sedentary days taught me valuable lessons about the importance of movement and the impact it has on both physical and mental well-being.
The first turning point came in 2019 when I achieved what once seemed impossible – completing my first 100 km race. That achievement wasn’t just about crossing a finish line; it was proof that with the right mindset, support, and consistency, transformative change is possible. Since then, I’ve discovered a profound love for trail running and outdoor adventures, finding my happy place in nature and on challenging terrain.
This personal transformation sparked something deeper – a passion for helping others discover their own potential, but it was not until 2024, that I made the journey from corporate professional to fitness coach.
I understand first hand the struggle of breaking old habits, finding time for fitness in a busy schedule, and the courage it takes to start something new. This isn’t just about exercise – it’s about creating sustainable change that fits into your real life.

Positive growth.
